Parents' Night Out – October 17 (Halloween) 5:30–8:30pm in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. Future fall dates listed at bottom.
Parents, book your favorite restaurant – Italian School of San Diego is organizing a Halloween themed Parents’ Night Out this October (future fall dates listed at bottom)!
- Friday October 17 – Halloween themed Night (details below)
- Time: 5:30pm – 8:30pm (drop-off starts 5:20pm, pickup by 8:35pm)

Games, themed cultural activity, crafts, snacks. A fun evening with staff who speak both Italian and English while parents enjoy time out.

After submitting the form, proceed to payment below. October 17 event payment due by Sunday October 12.
Pricing and payment
Standard pricing (per evening):
- $60 first child
- $45 each sibling
Current Italian School students (per evening):
- $50 first child
- $37.50 each sibling
One small pumpkin per child is INCLUDED in the price.

📚 Cultural Activity
Title: History & Traditions of Halloween in the U.S. and Italy
✂️ Creative Workshop
- Pumpkin carving (older kids): guided carving with supervision, safe tools only.
- Pumpkin painting (younger kids): washable paints, markers, stickers to decorate small pumpkins.
🎲 Halloween Bingo
- Illustrated Bingo cards (pumpkin, bat, ghost, skeleton, spider web).
- Light, quick, inclusive; focus on recognition and fun.
- Sticker for participants completing a row.
👻 Halloween Themed Cooperative Games
- Mixed‑age friendly, Halloween themed, collaboration-focused (no competition / no prizes).
- A rotating set of movement, puzzle, and calm mini activities
- Staff guide inclusive participation; optional quiet corner available.
Logistics
- Kids should have had dinner beforehand OR bring a small labeled snack (we provide themed snacks – please no nuts)
- Please bring a reusable water bottle
- Kids 3.5 years and up (must be at least 42 months); must be potty trained
- Notice we are in building 4550 (behind building 4540)
- Look for our logo on the second floor window after you turn around the first building and come up the stairs
- Comfortable clothes (Halloween costumes optional for October – avoid masks that obstruct vision)
- Cancellations (full refund) accepted up to 14 days before the October event: October 3. No refunds inside the 14‑day window.
- 2 members of our staff have CPR certification; all staff background checked
