Kids and teen Italian classes postponed by one week

Kids and fixed-schedule accredited teen classes will start one week later, with enrollment extended through August 21 and no change to class totals.

We are postponing the start of all fixed-schedule kids and accredited teen classes by one week because of teacher absences and to give more families time to enroll.

The number of classes remains unchanged. Each schedule included one backup week, which will now be used for regular instruction.

Updated class dates

• Italian as a Foreign Language afternoon classes: Wednesdays, 4:00-6:00pm, August 26, 2026-May 19, 2027. This includes TK-6 groups and the fixed-schedule accredited Italian 5-6 class.
• Italian Heritage afternoon classes: Thursdays, 4:15-6:15pm, August 27, 2026-May 20, 2027. This includes TK-6 groups and fixed-schedule accredited classes for heritage speakers.
• Italian homeschool morning program: Wednesdays, 10am-12pm, with two 16-class sessions: September 2, 2026-January 20, 2027 and January 27-May 19, 2027.

Flexible-schedule accredited classes remain arranged individually with enrolled students.

Enrollment extended through August 21

Families now have until August 21, 2026 to pre-enroll. Pre-enrollment is non-binding and requires no payment.
